The Data Hub
The Data Hub sorts your program data into eight sections that follow ARC-PA’s own evaluation structure. Sections A through H match how reviewers read a program. Upload once, and cohorts and years stay comparable.

Why the Analytical Summary matters
Most analytics platforms produce dashboards. A dashboard gives you the numbers and leaves the reading of them to someone on your team.
Edulytic produces the dashboards and the Analytical Summary. Every report carries a written reading of the results, the trends across cohorts, and what they may mean for the program. The platform drafts it. Analysts and statisticians review it.
Your Assessment Director is not writing that narrative from scratch the night before a committee meeting. It arrives with the report.
Predictive PANCE Analytics
Most early-alert systems flag a student once the grade is in and the intervention is harder. Predicted PANCE Risk Scores read PACKRAT, EOR, course outcomes and historical PANCE data to surface the pattern earlier in the cohort.
That is early enough to act on, rather than after the cohort has graduated or the PANCE report comes back below benchmark.
Self-Study Report support
The outputs are built for ARC-PA reporting, the Self-Study Report included. The cohort trend record, the Analytical Summaries and the audit-ready evidence across cycles are what an SSR draws on.
Parts of the SSR sit outside the platform and your program will write them. Edulytic does not replace internal decision-making, committee review or institutional accountability. It replaces the data handling that crowds them out.
ARC-PA Sixth Edition
The Sixth Edition sets explicit requirements for faculty workload and sufficiency. Section G of the Data Hub maps to that standard.
There is a second effect worth naming. Hours a faculty member no longer spends collating data and assembling reports come off the workload documentation, and that documentation is what the sufficiency standard gets read against.
Standards alignment
Outputs are aligned to both the Fifth Edition and the Sixth. The Data Hub structure, the report library and the Analytical Summaries carry a program through the transition without a rebuild when the standards shift.
Scope
Edulytic does not replace your program’s internal decision-making or committee review. It does not remove your responsibility for oversight and documentation. It is not a general analytics platform retrofitted for PA programs.
