About Edulytic Solutions
Edulytic Solutions is the software arm of Massey & Associates Consulting Solutions, an ARC-PA accreditation consulting practice with ten consultants and more than 250 years inside PA programs. The team that built the platform reviews every output it produces.
Origin
The platform did not start as software. It started as work the MACS team was doing by hand for PA programs under real accreditation deadlines: pulling raw data, standardizing it, running the analysis, writing the narrative summaries that hold up under ARC-PA review. Dr. Scott Massey, PhD, founded Edulytic Solutions in 2025, after thirty years in PA accreditation and assessment.
The work was repeatable but not scalable. Every engagement ran the same steps by hand against the same eight ARC-PA reporting domains. Program directors kept asking a version of the same question: can any PA program get this kind of reporting support, or only the ones who can afford a consulting engagement?
Edulytic is the answer to that question. The analyst review layer is what keeps it defensible.
The team
The consultants behind Edulytic have spent their careers in PA education. Among them:
The reporting logic, the predictive models and the data architecture did not come from engineers adapting a general platform. They came from people who have written ARC-PA reports and sat on the Commission that reads them.
Who reviews your reports
Analysts and statisticians review every output the platform produces. Incoming raw data is checked for completeness, formatting and anomalies. Outgoing reports are checked for accuracy and interpretation before they reach your program.
The review team is not QA bolted onto a software product. It comes from the MACS consulting team, people who have spent years inside PA programs doing this work. They know what an ARC-PA reviewer looks for, and they know the difference between a defensible number and a confident-sounding one.
Automation does the heavy lifting. People verify the output. Speed without accuracy is worth nothing to a program facing review.
The broader portfolio
Edulytic Solutions is one of three brands in the Massey ecosystem. Each covers a different layer of PA program support, drawing on the same expertise.
ARC-PA accreditation consulting across the full lifecycle: provisional through continuing, probation through new program development. The same team that stands behind the platform.
This platform. The software arm. For programs that need the analytical infrastructure but may not need a full consulting engagement.
Cohort-licensed study skills curriculum for tuition-dependent institutions. The student-facing layer of the ecosystem.
A program working with one brand often works with another. They stay distinct because the buyer at each layer is distinct. The knowledge underneath is shared.
Data handling
Edulytic is structured to support institution-directed data practices. You keep ownership and control. We process the data; you retain it.
Structured to support FERPA alignment. Institutional policies, governance, and compliance responsibilities remain with the institution. PII is incorporated only when explicitly authorized.
All data entered remains the property of the institution. It is not disclosed to external parties except where explicitly exported or authorized.
System access is governed through institution-defined, role-based permissions, with the capability to modify or revoke access as roles change.
Active engagement with SOC-2 evaluation is underway. FERPA-aligned handling and institutional data ownership apply in the interim.
