A 30-minute walkthrough with the team that built the platform.

No sales script. We look at your current cohort reporting, where the manual hours go, and where Edulytic fits.

Three things happen in 30 minutes.

  1. You describe your current reporting workflow

Where the data lives, what the cycle looks like, and where the manual effort goes. This is the most useful part of the call for both sides.

  2. We walk through the Data Hub

Eight sections, 60+ datasets, the Analytical Summary layer and the review process. Live, on a sample dataset, or on your own structure if you bring a recent reporting cycle.

  3. We answer specific questions

Faculty sufficiency under the Sixth Edition. SSR support. Predicted PANCE Risk Scores. SOC-2 status. Whatever your team needs answered before booking a longer conversation.

No follow-up obligation. No drip campaign. If Edulytic isn’t the right fit for your program right now, we’d rather know that on the first call than three calls in.

Who to bring to the call.

The call works best with at least one of these on it: Program Director, Assistant Program Director, Assessment Director, or whoever owns assessment reporting. Two of them is better.

If you want IT, compliance or a department chair there for security and procurement questions, bring them. We handle those directly.
